1. Regulatory Compliance

- Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India
- Any other applicable authorities

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement and use our Site or services. By using our Site, you warrant that:

As per telecom regulations, all users must submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (valid ID and address proof) within 7 days of service activation. Failure to provide KYC documentation may result in suspension or deactivation of services.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our Site and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
- Notify NSCPL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Activities
You shall not:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
16. Miscellaneous
- Assignment: You may not transfer these Terms without our prior consent. We may assign them without restriction.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NSCPL.
- Severability: If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses will continue in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
